A new day has come! This is true for every "NEW" day! Instead of resolutions not coming true or putting the effort in to reach your goals and not quite getting there. Don't beat yourself up. Start anew.
Now, I'm not saying you shouldn't have goals and have a plan to reach those goals, you should. How about take it a step further and break it up into smaller goals? This may seem a little more do-able versus looking at the BIG MOUNTAIN that it seems.
How do you eat a steak? You cut it up into bite sized pieces and you can determine as you go along
how much you will eat based on how you are feeling in your body.
